Overview

TrendForge is a creator research tool that helps users analyze signals, generate content ideas, save projects, and export readable deliverables. TrendForge aims to collect and use only the information reasonably needed to provide those features, support account access, manage subscriptions, and keep the service reliable and secure.

Information TrendForge may collect or process

Depending on how you use the website or Chrome extension, TrendForge may collect or process the following categories of information:

• Account information, such as your email address and authentication or session data used for sign-up, sign-in, email confirmation, and password reset.
• Subscription and billing-related status, such as whether your account is on a free or paid plan and the Stripe customer or subscription state needed to manage access.
• Creator research inputs, such as niches, prompts, research requests, and other text you intentionally submit to TrendForge.
• Page-context information you intentionally use through supported workflows, including current-page context pulled from supported sites when you use the extension.
• Saved project data, such as saved briefs, research results, page context, and related workflow state you choose to keep in your account.
• Export-related data needed to generate downloadable files from your research results.
• Support messages or other communications you send to TrendForge.
• Basic technical and usage information reasonably needed for security, reliability, debugging, abuse prevention, and usage-limit enforcement.

How TrendForge uses information

TrendForge may use collected or processed information to:

• Authenticate users and keep accounts signed in across the website and extension experience.
• Provide core product features, including research analysis, idea generation, saved projects, exports, and account syncing.
• Process subscription upgrades, confirm plan status, open billing-management flows, and enforce free or paid entitlements and usage limits.
• Respond to support requests and account-related issues.
• Improve reliability, diagnose bugs, prevent abuse, and protect the service.

Research inputs and page context

When you use TrendForge's research and idea features, information you enter into the product and page context you intentionally pull from a supported page may be sent to TrendForge's servers and service providers to generate analyses, briefs, ideas, and exportable outputs. TrendForge does not claim ownership over your input content or generated output.

Payments

Paid access may be processed by third-party providers such as Stripe. TrendForge does not need to directly store full payment card information when those providers handle billing. Billing-related information is used to manage subscriptions, plan state, account access, and related billing support.

Data sharing

TrendForge may share information with service providers that help operate the product, such as hosting, authentication, AI-processing, email, document-generation, support, and billing providers, but only as reasonably necessary to provide the service. TrendForge does not sell personal information and does not use creator research inputs or page-input content for personalized advertising.

Chrome extension disclosure

The use of information received from Chrome extension APIs will adhere to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Data retention

TrendForge may retain account, billing-status, saved-project, export, support, and service-operations data for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain security and abuse protections.

Security

TrendForge uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Your choices

You can choose what research requests, niches, project data, and page-context workflows to use in TrendForge. You can also choose whether to create an account, whether to upgrade to a paid plan, and whether to save projects or export results. Children's privacy

TrendForge is not intended for children under the age required by applicable law to use the service without parental or guardian consent.
