1. What TrendForge is
TrendForge is a creator research and idea workflow product. It may include a website, Chrome extension, backend services, saved projects, exports, account tools, and paid subscription features.

Terms for using TrendForge.
These terms explain the basic rules for using the TrendForge website, Chrome extension, account system, and paid subscription features.

2. Account responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens through your account. Use accurate account information and do not impersonate another person or business.
3. Acceptable use
Use TrendForge only for lawful, legitimate creator research and workflow purposes. Do not use the service to violate platform rules, scrape unlawfully, abuse third-party systems, spread malware, infringe rights, or mislead users.
Service use and permissions
TrendForge is intended to use only the access and permissions reasonably needed to deliver its features. Some features may rely on page context, typed research prompts, saved project data, billing state, and export generation. You agree not to misuse the extension, website, or any connected services.
Research output and decisions
TrendForge may generate research summaries, opportunity scores, content angles, hooks, keywords, and other output. That output is provided for informational and workflow support purposes only. You remain responsible for your own publishing, business, creative, legal, and platform decisions.
Your inputs and materials
You may provide prompts, niche descriptions, page context, saved project information, and other materials while using the service. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to use what you submit. You keep ownership of your own original materials, and you give TrendForge permission to process them as needed to operate the service.
Availability and changes
TrendForge may change, improve, limit, suspend, or remove features at any time. Features may differ by plan, browser, launch stage, region, or technical availability. We may also update usage limits, product flows, pricing pages, and billing flows as the service evolves.
4. Free and Pro plans
TrendForge may offer both free and paid access. Free and Pro plans may have different features, limits, export access, research depth, saved project behavior, or other entitlements.
5. Billing and renewals
Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. If you purchase TrendForge Pro, you agree to recurring billing until you cancel. Pricing, renewal timing, and billing details are shown on the pricing page and during checkout.
6. Cancellation
You can manage or cancel an active subscription through the billing flow connected to your account when available. Unless otherwise stated, cancellations apply to future renewals and do not automatically create retroactive refunds.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access to TrendForge if we believe there has been abuse, fraud, unlawful activity, harmful behavior, security risk, nonpayment, or a violation of these terms. We may also remove access to protect the service, users, third parties, or platform compliance.
Disclaimers
TrendForge is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect accuracy, error-free output, specific business results, ranking results, viral results, revenue outcomes, or compatibility with every website, browser behavior, or third-party platform.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, TrendForge and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages, or for losses resulting from your reliance on generated output, third-party platform changes, account issues, or service interruptions.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we may update the effective date on this page. Your continued use of TrendForge after an update means you accept the revised terms.
